Ironwood Nexus is going through some changes. Among these changes is a complete site overhaul. All E-RPG and Sagas related content will move to its new site over the course of several weeks to www.sagasrpg.com . During this time, some features may experience some downtime. As components are moved from the current site to the new one they will be closed and redirects.

It is still too soon to predict an exact date for the final turn around. However, we expect within the course of May. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Ruel Knudson is currently producing his first full length adventure module for the Fantasy Sagas entitled Desecration. Details are still fairly scant, but we are expecting a large adventure, with multiple paths and tons of new content. This new book is also featuring the artwork of Ironwood newcomer Marco Morte.

Some of the new content is available now as a free download to Nexus Members. The first entries into these Excerpts from Desecration are 3 new traps and 3 new diseases that character will encounter in the game. Furthermore, Ruel has already featured small biographies of 3 of the cast members of this new quest on his blog.

We will feature new content and downloads as Ruel releases them.

Not too far back I stumbled on a great site for local Orlando gaming news and events at OrlandoGaming.org. The site is frequently updated with news on anything gaming related in the Central Florida area. As well as RPG’s, Orlando Gaming includes news on board games, miniature war gaming, and local store links and events.

I was privleged enough to get a request for a spotlight on their site which is a short six question interview. You may be thinking that a mere six questions shouldn’t cover a whole lot. However, Pat, the site administrator, knows how to pick his questions. The questions he posed to me brought out much more information than I though a six question spotlight could do. It was an interesting test for myself, as the questions were very in-depth and surprisingly personal on the development of Sagas, where it came from, where its going, and what we are about in the here and now.

You can read up here. And for those of you interested in local Orlando gaming you can check out the latest at their portal here.
